Guards point a phone at the lot. AI reads each plate and checks it against your resident registry instantly. Unauthorized cars are logged with a photo, and your team gets an alert.
No credit card · 30 days start after your organization is verifiedThe problem every property manager knows
Hundreds of cars, a handful of guards and a thick registry binder. So the same problem comes back every night.
Residents come home to a full lot despite paying their fees, and the complaints land on your desk every day.
Matching cars against a binder or spreadsheet is slow and error-prone, and the night shift never knows what the day shift saw.
Stickers, clamps or a notice to the unit owner all need a photo, a time, a location and the name of who checked.
Nobody remembers how often a plate has shown up, so habitual offenders never get dealt with.
Security and facility-management companies keep every site in a different file, with no consolidated report.
By the time someone calls or posts a photo to the group chat, the car is gone or the message is buried.
How it works
No hardware, no app to install. Everything runs in the phone's browser.
Admins import a CSV from Excel: plate + unit or building (car model, phone and owner name are optional), per site.
Scan a QR code once to link the phone, open the camera and walk the lot. AI reads plates in real time and checks them against your registry; unclear reads are flagged for the guard to confirm.
Unauthorized cars are logged with photo, time, GPS and repeat count. One tap to confirm, and your team is notified.
Live AI camera
No tapping car by car. A green box means authorized, red means not in your registry, and amber means unclear, so the guard confirms by eye.
Instant team alerts
Alert only after a guard confirms (fewer false alarms) or the moment a ✗ appears, and route each site to its own channels.
Repeat-offender report
Ranks the most frequent unauthorized plates with photos and times: evidence for warnings, stickers or enforcing your bylaws.
Big teams, many sites
Each site has its own registry, team and alert channels. Admins see only the sites they manage. Guards link their phones by QR and can be removed instantly when staff change.
Use cases
From a single condo tower to security companies covering dozens of client sites.
Check resident, tenant and temporary permits. A night patrol covers the whole lot in minutes.
Tenant allocations by floor, executive bays and visitor parking.
Outsiders blocking driveways or parking overnight in common areas.
Staff zones, EV charging bays and member parking.
Only authorized employee and contractor vehicles, with a timestamp for every check.
Every client site in one account, with separate teams and a repeat-offender report for each client.
Privacy & compliance
WhoseCar is available only to verified organizations, only at the sites they manage, and every account signs a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
We check company documents, authorized signatories and your right to manage the site before any data import or scanning.
You are the data controller and we process on your instructions, with Standard Contractual Clauses for the EU/UK.
Each country is stored in its own database. Role- and site-based access, and photos auto-deleted on your schedule.
Our acceptable use policy bans scanning in public spaces, selling data, and disclosing it without legal authority. Violations can lead to immediate suspension.
A transparency notice for drivers. Edit the text and print it for your lot.
Who imported, edited, exported or confirmed what, and when, kept for 2 years for later review.

Ready worldwide
65 countries are supported today with a general Latin-alphabet plate model, plus Thai plates read with Thai script and province. 24 more, including Japan, South Korea, China, India and the UAE, are in beta.
Pricing
Priced per country, and one account can run several. USD prices exclude local taxes; Thai prices include 7% VAT.
No. WhoseCar runs in the phone's browser (Chrome or Safari). Admins send guards a link or QR code once; that phone stays linked and can be removed at any time.
Plates are only checked against the registry of that site. When lookalike characters (such as 0/O or 8/B) make the result uncertain, it shows as a "near match" for the guard to check by eye and correct. You can also set alerts to go out only after a guard confirms.
License plates are personal data under laws such as GDPR and Thailand's PDPA. We only onboard companies and associations that actually manage the site, so WhoseCar can't be used to track people. Verification takes about 1 business day, and you can set up sites and alert channels in the meantime.
Guards only see the result for the car they scan, never the full registry. Only admins can export. Photos of cars that match the registry are not kept (unless an alert was already sent for that scan); other photos are deleted automatically after the period you set, and each country's data is stored separately.
Yes. Choose your country when you set up. 65 countries are supported (general Latin-alphabet model) and 24 more are in beta. Test with your own plates during the free trial. Sites with cars from several countries (border areas, for example) can enable more than one country in a single account.
LINE and SMS are sent through your own accounts (LINE Official Account / Twilio), and you pay those providers directly. Email, Telegram, Slack, Discord and Webhook alerts cost nothing extra.
Choose a plan in the app and we send a quote and an invoice with a payment link (card or PromptPay), or you can pay by bank transfer. Receipts and tax invoices are issued by CODEDIVA COMPANY LIMITED.
